TERRITORIAL DETOUR
- April 30 - May 2 (Wednesday – Friday) 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Water main pipes installed
- Detour on Territorial
NIGHTIME CLOSURE:
- May 7 and May 14 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Pouring concrete on bridge sections
- Access only via Wolfensberger (Peak View and Twin Oaks Road)
Riding Easement Reminder
Twin Oaks is an equestrian community with riding easements along each property line. With this community benefit comes responsibility for both landowner and riders:
1. Landowners: You are responsible for keeping the easement clear of vegetation and other obstacles that could present a danger to horse and rider. This includes mowing.
2. Riders: You are responsible for staying within the riding easements. Unless you have prior permission, it is not acceptable to ride on other areas of land you do not own.
